Full Cabinet Engineering and Complete redesign and replacement of Urea recovery system cabinets
Our team was responsible for the complete engineering, assembly, and commissioning of the following:
- Siemens PLC Control System: Full replacement of existing control panels with a new Siemens S7-300 PLC-based system, including complete hardware migration and rewiring.
- Advanced Motion Control: Re-engineering of motion control algorithms and implementation of Siemens drives for precise scraper positioning and operation.
- Electromechanical Overhaul: Complete refurbishment of Main and Auxiliary Winches.
- Power System Upgrade: Power transformer refurbishment and comprehensive cabling replacement.
- Low Voltage Components: Installation of new Siemens control relays and Siemens contactors throughout the panels for reliable and coordinated control.
